Renowned SETI Practitioner Harry Coumnas’ Lecture on Extraterrestrial Life

Born and brought up in Wellington, New Zealand, Harry Coumnas is a renowned SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) practitioner. Recently, he was in India to deliver a lecture on the subject of Extraterrestrial Life. Though the subject of aliens & UFO's has been a hot topic of discussion among scientists as well as astronomers for years; the general public has a little idea about what aliens and UFO's are in actual. In the lecture, Harry’s main focus was to throw light on various aspects of intelligent life. Besides talking about different aspects of Extraterrestrial Life, he also shared his personal encounter with the aliens.

A firm believer of extraterrestrial life, Harry Coumnas has collected several evidences over the years that point towards the possibility of life on planets other than earth. Coumnas started his lecture by asking the audience members about how exactly they would describe an alien. While some called them little green men, others described them as slender, grey-colored beings with big black eyes and head. There were also many people who shared that they find the aliens quite petrifying.

Later, Harry Coumnas shared his personal encounter with the aliens. He said that he came across a bunch of aliens on Mars during his first space mission in 2007. He was only twenty-two years old at that time, and found the aliens rather amusing than petrifying. The aliens were smaller in size than many people believe them to be. Harry was accompanied by his five team members during the space trip, including – Mark Rafcliffe, Jennifer Vittori, Matt Watson, Stefen Shoats, and Philip Whippo. Before they all could try to communicate with the aliens, they ran away in their spacecraft that looked like a time machine.
